If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return the product and exchange for another product.

You have up to 7 days from date purchased to return a product.

Products to be returned must be in the same condition you received it and in the original packaging.

Due to COVID-19 a safety protocol is required upon booking. Please do not book if you have or had COVID-19 symptoms. Only the person getting makeup done is allowed. No extra guests. A mask is required with the exception of full face makeup which is scheduled on different days.  Sanitation will take place in between clients. Thank you for understanding. Shipping Policy

We ship with USPS.
​
Unfornately were unable to ship to P.O. Boxes.
​
Domestic shipments take between 5-7 business days once shipped.
​
Orders shipped Monday-Friday with the exception of holidays.
​
Keya Did It Beauty N Browz, LLC can not take responsibility if package is lost or damage once passed to the carrier (USPS). If a package is damaged or lost buyer should contact USPS and file a claim.
​
All orders/packages ship with delivery confirmation.
